This patient had Total intracardiac Repair for tetralogy of fallot 2 years back at some other centre. However the symptoms persisted. On evaluation at Narayana multispeciality Jaipur, she was found to have residual defects inform of residual vsd and pulmonary stenosis. After proper evaluation patient was taken up for redo intracardiac repair. Patient is now doing well with no residual vsd and no pulmonary stenosis.
